NASA will build a habitable base on the dark side of the moon


NASA is gearing up to build a space base on the back side of the moon, reported press office space agency. Re-elected President Barack Obama is in favor of this idea, while his opponent Romney has a conflicting position, as promised spending cuts on science.
It's about creating habitable space base at the point L2 on the back of our heavenly companion. As of 2025 this site is planned to be carried out flights to asteroids, and in 2030 - and to Mars.
