During the transmission of American TV March 8, 2012 in Phoenix, USA, when the spokesman reported traffic, viewers saw the emergence of very powerful flash.
This flash has not received an adequate explanation of the officials of the city of Phoenix, although initially raised suggestions that it was lightning or explosion of a transformer, but Doug Ninttsel, a local power company officially rejected version of a transformer explosion and Charlotte Dewey, a meteorologist at the National Weather Service in Phoenix said that the day the sky above the city of Phoenix was completely clean and no flash could occur at that time.
This is not the first time over the Phoenix appear mysterious powerful lightning - in 1997 was captured on video this mysterious light, similar to that observed on 8 March 2012, but in 1997 no explanation.
